These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom orders, quotes, and services provided by White Peaks Engraving LLC (“White Peaks Engraving,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, submitting artwork, approving a design, or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following terms.

White Peaks Engraving LLC specializes in custom and personalized products. Because these products are created specifically for each customer, all custom and personalized sales are generally final once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, spelling, numbers, wording, logos, artwork, and other personalization information.

We are not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.

For orders requiring a design proof, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the entire proof before approving it.

This includes checking:

• Spelling
• Names
• Dates
• Phone numbers
• Addresses
• Placement
• Logo selection
• Design layout
• Personalization details
• Overall appearance

Once a customer approves a proof, White Peaks Engraving LLC may begin production.

Approval indicates that the customer accepts the design as shown. If an error appears on an approved proof, the customer may be responsible for the cost of producing a replacement.

If White Peaks Engraving LLC makes an error that differs from the customer's approved proof, we will work with the customer to correct the issue.

Customers understand that colors and product appearance may vary slightly from photographs, digital mockups, computer screens, or samples.

Laser engraving also produces natural variations depending on the material being engraved.

Wood grain, leatherette, slate, coated metals, tumblers, and other materials may vary in color, texture, engraving depth, and finished appearance.

These natural variations are not considered defects.

White Peaks Engraving LLC may, at our discretion, accept customer-supplied products for engraving, laser processing, heat pressing, personalization, or other services.

Laser engraving and customization involve heat, pressure, machinery, and other processes that carry an inherent risk of damage.

Although we take reasonable precautions, customer-supplied items are provided at the customer's own risk.

White Peaks Engraving LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of personalization on materials or products that we did not supply, particularly when the item's exact material, coating, construction, or manufacturing process is unknown.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, White Peaks Engraving LLC is not responsible for replacing the original value of a customer-supplied item if it is damaged as a result of an inherent material defect, unknown coating, material incompatibility, or normal risk associated with the requested customization process.

If damage results directly from an error by White Peaks Engraving LLC, we will work with the customer toward a reasonable resolution.

By providing White Peaks Engraving LLC with a logo, photograph, image, trademark, copyrighted design, wording, or other material, the customer represents that they own the material or have permission to reproduce and use it.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses.

White Peaks Engraving LLC reserves the right to refuse any design or order that we believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or our business policies.

Additional design or artwork fees may apply when customer-provided artwork requires significant editing, tracing, vectorization, cleanup, recreation, or modification before production.

Any applicable design fee will be communicated before the additional work is performed.

Quotes are based on the information available at the time they are provided, including quantity, materials, artwork, personalization, and requested completion date.

Pricing may change if the customer changes the quantity, design, materials, personalization, or other specifications after receiving a quote.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Payment requirements may vary depending on the size and nature of the order.

White Peaks Engraving LLC may require full payment or a deposit before beginning design work, ordering materials, or starting production.

For custom orders, production will not begin until any required payment or deposit has been received and any required design proof has been approved.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the terms provided with the customer's order or invoice.

Custom orders may only be canceled before production has begun.

If materials have already been purchased specifically for the customer's order, design work has been completed, or production has begun, deposits and payments may be non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be determined based on the amount of work completed and expenses already incurred by White Peaks Engraving LLC.

Because personalized and custom-made products cannot normally be resold, custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless White Peaks Engraving LLC made an error or the product is defective.

Customers should contact us promptly after receiving an order if there is a problem.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue before approving a replacement, repair, or refund.

Any turnaround or completion date provided is an estimate unless White Peaks Engraving LLC specifically agrees to a guaranteed deadline in writing.

Turnaround times may be affected by:

• Product or material availability
• Size of the order
• Customer response time
• Proof approval
• Shipping delays
• Equipment issues
• Supplier delays
• Weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Rush service may be available depending on our current production schedule.

Additional rush fees may apply when an order requires priority production or completion within a shortened timeframe.

Acceptance of a rush order is at the discretion of White Peaks Engraving LLC.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

White Peaks Engraving LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses supplied by customers.

Customers should notify us promptly if an order arrives damaged so that we can determine the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, pursue a claim with the shipping provider.

Customers will be notified when local pickup orders are ready.

Customers are responsible for arranging pickup within a reasonable period after notification.

Orders that remain unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to additional storage or handling arrangements.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided with their products.

White Peaks Engraving LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper washing, improper cleaning, excessive heat, chemicals, dishwashers when not recommended, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

White Peaks Engraving LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including orders involving unlawful content, intellectual property concerns, unsafe materials, abusive conduct, or requests that we determine we cannot safely or appropriately produce.

If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to customer misconduct, payments for uncompleted work will be handled appropriately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Peaks Engraving LLC's liability relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount paid to White Peaks Engraving LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

White Peaks Engraving LLC may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.

The version in effect at the time an order is placed will generally apply to that order.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
